These Terms apply to the website in general; where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

Where we are engaged to provide services, the client agrees to provide accurate, complete and timely information and access reasonably required for us to perform the services. Our advice and deliverables are based on the information provided to us, and we are not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
